The world can feel like an inhospitable home sometimes. Relationships can be unsettled, self-medicating can dominate, and the past can haunt like a persistent familiar ghost. Healing is necessary, because you are necessary. No matter how you may struggle with your own worthiness - there is no one else quite like you, you are the very best at being you, and you do possess gifts and magic that only you can bring to the world.
Healing and therapy is about coming home to yourself and reclaiming you - your physical body, your emotional body or heart, and your mind. It's not as complex as it may seem - with the right tools and guide you can reclaim you, from whatever it feels has taken you away from yourself.

Services & Approach
I am a psychotherapist and healing practitioner specializing in treating complex traumatic experiences including attachment, systemic, and marginalization elements. I work with recovering people, as well as partners and families who have been impacted by the struggle of their beloveds. I work with those trying to break free of exploitation and traumatic bonding. I work with survivors...in every sense of the word. I work with the resilience you may not even know is within you yet.
